Q: How do I know your items are real?

A: This is not only the biggest and most important question we get asked but also the one we get the most. Assuring you that our products are authentic is our most important mission. We also provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and the details of where and when each item was signed.

Q: Do the items come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: All of our items come with an Official Certificate of Authenticity (COA) certified by our CEO Vahan Snkhchyan. A Certificate of Authenticity proves that your item is genuine. Our UPSIGNED COA also features a unique hologram. 

Q: Can I follow UPSIGNED on social media?

Q: What are the dimensions of the signature photo?

A: Our goal is to list the dimensions of all of our signature photos on every product page. If you are unable to find the information on our website, please contact our customer service team. They should be able to give you the dimensions of the signed photo you want. 

PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: At the moment the only payment method available is the online payment via PayPal. We are working to bring more options for our users soon.

Q: My order isn't going through

A: As long as your order has not been billed, we recommend you to use a different web browser first. If you still have problems with your order, please contact us and our customer support team will help you. 

Q: I have to pay import/duties to have my item delivered. What is given? 

A: Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about import duties and customs fees. Before buying, it may be worth checking out an online import duty calculator to determine how much it will cost to buy from upsigned.com. We ship almost all orders via DHL, and if you'd like to learn more, they've compiled this handy guide to duties and taxes

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: To be sure, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item you want to buy and go to the "Cart" page. Just below the product details in your cart is the "Estimated Shipping" section. There you'll find a drop-down list of countries we can ship to.

Q: How much will the shipping cost?

A:  We have great news for you. The shipping is free and so you can enjoy free shipping on all orders you make.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is placed and confirmed by our system, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this email does not include tracking or shipping details. Once your item has shipped and is on its way, we will provide tracking details. If for any reason you have not received this data, please contact our customer service team. 

Q: My item has been damaged, what do I do?

A: Please notify us as soon as possible. Our professional shipping team ensures that all our packages are in good condition. However, we understand that damage may occur during shipping. Let us know what item was damaged and if possible send us a photo or two photos so that we will be able to see the damage. We will check the situation and if necessary, we will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.

Q: Where is UPSIGNED HQ?

A: At the moment it is a start-up and we are working online but we plan to open our head office in Yerevan later in 2022.

Q: Can I work with UPSIGNED?

A: UPSIGNED has many partnerships with individuals and companies from all over the world, and we are always happy to add more members to the team. Please feel free to contact our sales and marketing team. 

Q: Does UPSIGNED have a retail shop that I can come and visit?

A: Unfortunately not. But we hope to have it in the near future.
